Sacrament of Eucharist

Communion, or Eucharist, is first and foremost Christ drawing near to us in the grace of the Sacrament.  At the Eucharist, we remember the great love of God and Jesus’ saving grace; His life, death and resurrection, which brings us new life. We give thanks for the grace of the sacrament and the promise of full unity with God.

At Mass, we offer God gifts of bread and wine. God returns our gifts of bread and wine as Jesus. The Eucharist is truly a remarkable and special gift from our Lord. It is the source and summit of our Faith.

For Children

To celebrate First Communion in the second grade, children should register using the link below.

Our students, catechists, and families use dedicated formation materials to prepare for this beautiful sacrament. As the primary educators of their children, parents play an active and vital role in their child's formation by completing at-home activities together, deepening their shared understanding of the Eucharist and the Mass.

For Adults

The Eucharist is one of the three Sacraments of Initiation into the Catholic faith, along with Baptism and Confirmation. Adults seeking preparation to make their First Holy Communion typically participate in the OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults) process.
