Migrating to Planning Center
At St. Thomas More, your faithful support powers every liturgy, outreach ministry, and community event that brings our parish family together. To make managing your online contributions simpler, more transparent, and more seamless for everyone, we are officially upgrading our online giving platform from Shelby Giving to Planning Center Giving.
Our legacy system, Shelby Giving, will be fully decommissioned on October 1st. Moving to Planning Center aligns our financial tools with the rest of our parish management software, reducing background administrative costs and making it easier than ever for you to track your pledge history and update payment methods.
How to Complete Your Switch in Under 2 Minutes
Because recurring gifts cannot be automatically migrated between secure banking platforms, we need each family currently giving online to complete two quick steps before October 1st:
Set Up Your New Gift: Visit stmkc.com, click the Give button, and select your recurring gift frequency and amount through Planning Center Giving.
Cancel Your Old Shelby Gift: Rather than having you navigate old account logins, our parish staff is happy to handle this step for you. Simply send a quick message to kyle@stmkc.com, and we will manually disable your recurring profile in Shelby.
