Welcome to the Stronger Memory program at St. Thomas More! Developed by Goodwin Living, a renowned senior living organization in Virginia, this simple, research-backed program is designed to help anyone experiencing mild to moderate memory concerns build brain health, sharpen cognitive skills, and improve day-to-day focus.
This class is 100% free and open to all parishioners and members of the surrounding Kansas City community.

Stronger Memory is a straightforward, accessible curriculum designed to keep your mind active and engaged through simple daily exercises in a encouraging, community-driven setting. Whether you are looking to address everyday forgetfulness or simply want to proactively invest in your long-term cognitive wellness, this class offers practical tools in a supportive environment.

Class Schedule & Location
Time: Wednesdays from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: More Hall A (Located in the basement of St. Thomas More Parish)

October: Oct 7, Oct 21, Oct 28 (Note: No class on Oct 14)
November: Nov 4, Nov 11, Nov 18 (Note: A community Blood Drive will be hosted in the main basement area on Nov 4—class will still meet as normal in More Hall A!)
